This first portion of the book used a sepia tone treatment to amplify the historic nature of the content and add a thematic element to the narrative. The color scheme for the book starts out in B & W, graduates to sepiatone for the formative stages of the Young Life camp and then moves into full color for the more modern stages of the camp's existence.
